Head Massage

The human head is the most advanced part of the human nervous system, and there are many acupuncture points on the head.  Frequent head massage can reduce stress, help sleep, prevent neurasthenia, Alzheimer’s, etc. It can help brain workers relieve fatigue and stay awake.

Focusing on the head, neck and shoulders, Indian head massage comes from Ayurveda. Using a range of techniques with varying pressure, Indian head massage is a deep massage that aims to encourage healing and restore balance in the body.

The treatment may be firmer than expected but you shouldn’t feel discomfort. Benefits include an improved sleep routine and a release of tension in your neck, back and shoulders

Chinese traditional massage

TuiNa massage is an ancient Chinese medical method with a history of thousands of years. It massages by tapping, pressing, pushing, pinching and other techniques. It can improve the blood circulation of the skin and muscles, promote the body’s metabolism, treat diseases and regulate human body functions

Oncology Massage

Cancer patients experience mental and physical torture. Soothing massage can help patients relieve pain and fatigue.  After investigating and studying massage can the patient’s physical and mental health has been improved, significantly reducing the pain after bone metastasis and reducing the patient’s anxiety.

Your feet contain the reflection areas of all the corresponding organs of the human body.  Massaging the foot can promote blood circulation, strengthen metabolism, and relieve fatigue.

Reflexology involves applying pressure to and massaging certain areas of the feet, hands and ears.

Its aim is to encourage healing and relieve stress and tension.

Hot Stone Massage

The stones are smooth and flat and usually made of the volcanic rock type called basalt. These particular stones are chosen because they retain heat.

The stones used for a hot stone massage are placed in hot water to warm up before being applied. They are then placed onto specific areas of the body, such as: the back, the stomach, the face, the hands and the feet.

During a hot stone massage, the techniques of a regular massage are applied. However, the therapist also works with hot stone that are placed on specific parts of the body.

All massages include hot stones.

Aromatherapy is a complementary therapy that uses essential oils from plants and flowers. Designed to treat the whole body, aromatherapy aims to assist the body’s natural abilities to heal, rest and recover from stress and illness.

Our aim is to drive away your fatigue and relieve your pain. I hope to use my skills with soothing music under the soft light, to give you back a healthy and relaxing life and a light of life.

All massages include aromatherapy oils – you have four to choose from.
